Today, the Region of Peel announced it will require all Regional employees to disclose and provide documentation of their COVID-19 vaccination status. An Employee Vaccination policy, expected to be in effect by the end of October, will ensure that Regional staff can continue to serve the Peel community in a way that protects them and those around them from COVID-19.
Employees who are not fully vaccinated will be required to complete educational programming about the benefits of the COVID-19 vaccination. They will also need to provide regular negative COVID tests.
