Two people are facing impaired driving charges from the Caledon OPP detachment.
Officers say the two incidents happened Friday at roughly 11:30 PM.
The first saw a driver pull over for a RIDE spot check on Ellwood Drive near West Station Road, where police say they suspected the driver had been drinking.
They were arrested for driving with a blood alcohol concentration over 80.
A few minutes later, police received reports of a single-vehicle collision on Heart Lake Road, and when officers arrived, they say they formed grounds that the driver was impaired.
They face four charges, including driving with a blood alcohol content above zero as a novice and failing or refusing to comply with a demand.
Both drivers had their cars impounded for a week and their licenses suspended for 90 days.
