This Earth Month It’s Easy To Do The Right Thing With Your Electronic Waste

Just in time for Earth Month here’s an opportunity to dispose of e-waste in a way that’s easy, convenient and environmentally-responsible.

Dunk Disposal, is sending trucks through a large geographic area, that includes Caledon, on Monday April 24th for free pick-up and recycling of flat-screen TVs, computers, stereo equipment, laptops, phones, cameras, DVD players, and video game consoles.

Cameron Dunkerley, owner and operator of the company, started it seven years ago while still in high school.  Cameron says they just ask that you only include items that can be managed by one person.

To arrange for your items to be picked up during this one day event either call or text Cameron at 519-217-7149 or email him at [email protected]  Include your name, full address, and what items you will have waiting and where (driveway, by front door, beside garage, etc).

Be sure to send your message by end of day on April 22nd to ensure pick-up. Place your items out by 7:00am on April 24th.

Editor’s Note: A reminder to folks in Bolton who have used electronics that they are willing to drop off on the North Hill – Harold and Wanda Janes continue to run “Little Grey Work Horse” until they retire the effort on July 1st this year. LGWH donates funds raised to local charities.
