The Ferrante family have made a habit out of getting haunted. In fact this was the family’s 11th year of morphing their home on Harvest Moon Drive in Bolton into a ghastly and ghoulish Haunted House!
It’s all in the name of good neighbourly fun and, yes, true community spirit. Because, while visitors agree it adds an eerie element of Hallowe’en fun, the Ferrante family also encourage donations of food or money for The Exchange. The family reports to JSC that this year was another resounding success. They write…
With the help of our neighbours near and far, this year we had over 900 visitors on Halloween plus countless number of visitors that came by before the big day. Your donations were gratefully appreciated, we collected over 450 lbs of food and $700 for the Caledon Exchange food bank. Special thank you goes to Tubro Contracting, Verde Property Maintenance and Nitro Industrial Sales for helping us make this happen.
Thank you and see you next year.
