UPDATE: Driver Who Fled Collision on Hwy 10 Identified and Charged

Thanks to information from the public the driver of the BMW was identified and turned himself in to Caledon OPP on December 7, 2021.

Donald Adonist SAMUEL-ANTROBUS, 29 years old, from Toronto has been charged with:

·        Dangerous Operation of a Motor Vehicle

·        Fail to Remain

·        Drive while Prohibited

·        Assault

The accused is scheduled to appear in Orangeville Provincial Court in February, 2022.
