Officers from the Caledon Detachment of the OPP were called to a pair of vehicles in ditches over the weekend and both drivers are facing charges.
At about 2 a.m. Saturday, an officer on patrol on Chinguacousy Road came across a vehicle and a 28-year-old Brampton man was arrested. A 25-year-old Caledon male was also busted Sunday just after 4 a.m. and charged with impaired driving.
Both are scheduled to appear at the Ontario Court of Justice in Orangeville on Feb. 27 to answer to the charges. The driver’s licences were also suspended for 90 days, and the vehicles were impounded for seven days.
