Provincial Police in Caledon have charged a driver involved in a two-month-old fatal collision.
On the morning of Sept. 10 shortly police responded to a four-vehicle collision at the intersection of Coleraine Drive and King Street West. One driver, a 23-year-old of Bolton, was pronounced deceased at the scene.
As a result of the investigation, a 43-year-old from Bolton has been charged with careless driving causing death. The accused is scheduled to appear before the Ontario Court of Justice in Caledon East in January to answer to the charge.
