The Town of Caledon is inviting local businesses, entrepreneurs, and community members to an Open House at the Humber River Centre in celebration of Economic Development Week. The event will highlight the resources, partnerships, and opportunities available to support business growth in the town.
The event will also feature the Town’s new Business Incubator Program, launched in partnership with Toronto Metropolitan University’s DMZ, a world-leading incubator for tech startups around the world. The organization helps startups connect with customers, capital, experts, and a community of entrepreneurs and influencers.
“This program provides Caledon entrepreneurs and startups with access to incubator programming, business training, networking events, and digital marketing support,” said a release from the town.
The event is scheduled for Thursday, May 15 from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. at the Humber River Centre in Bolton.
Attendees will have the opportunity to learn about a wide range of programs, support services, and funding opportunities, network with industry professionals and fellow entrepreneurs and connect directly with the town’s economic development team.
