The Town of Caledon has created an app to help residents navigate its recreation programming.
The town said in a release it allows users to browse, register, and pay for recreation programs from their mobile devices, offering greater flexibility and control over their recreation needs.
“The Caledon Recreation Mobile App is an exciting new way for residents to access everything recreation. App users can easily search for available programs and schedules, pay for registrations, manage their family’s activities and more,” said Catherine McLean, Commissioner of Community and Human Services in a release. “The creation and launch of this app is another great example of the town’s dedication to community vitality and livability, as well as service excellence and accountability, two key priorities of our strategic plan. I encourage all residents and recreation program users to download the app today and take advantage of the convenience it offers.”
Key features include the ability to explore a wide variety of courses and drop-in programs in an intuitive, easy-to-use interface and find activities and programs using text or voice commands. It also provides the option to pay for registrations directly through the app and has a digital membership card eliminating the need for physical cards.
The app is available at both the App Store and Google Play.
