The Caledon Detachment of the OPP is investigating a death in the town.
Officers were called to a residence on Deer Ridge Trail shortly before 10 p.m. on Nov. 9 where one person was located injured and later pronounced deceased at the hospital.
Police say they have not determined a cause of death, investigators believe there is no imminent threat to public safety.
The investigation is in its early stages and no other details have been released. Residents in the area will notice a large police presence for several days.
