A three-vehicle collision in the town has taken the life of one person.
Members of the Caledon OPP responded to a call just before 6 p.m. yesterday on Highway 9 near The Gore Road. A 36-year-old from Amaranth was pronounced dead at the scene. No other injuries were reported.
The highway was closed between Airport Road and Concession Road 3 for a few hours while police investigated the scene.
Anyone who may have witnessed the collision or has dashcam footage is asked to contact Caledon OPP or Peel Crime Stoppers.
