The following non-emergency services are closed and will reopen on Monday, October 3, 2022:

Ontario Works will be closed on Friday, September 30 (National Day for Truth and Reconciliation) and will reopen on Monday, October 3.
Emergency shelter, food, medication, or personal support

TransHelp
All trips for Friday, September 30 must be booked by 6 p.m. on Thursday, September 29.
On Friday, September 30 (National Day for Truth and Reconciliation):
- TransHelp will operate from 6 a.m. to 1 a.m.
- All subscription trips will be cancelled, with the exception of dialysis trips.
- No flexible trips will be accommodated on this day.
- The TransHelp office will be closed and unable to process applications, payments or feedback.

Waste collection Brampton, Mississauga, Caledon
Waste collection will not be affected on Friday, September 30. Check your collection calendar to find your pickup day or sign up to receive free waste collection reminders.
All Community Recycling Centres are closed Friday, September 30 and return to their regular schedules on Saturday, October 1.
Peel Art Gallery, Museum and Archives (PAMA)
Peel Art Gallery, Museum and Archives (PAMA) has re-opened its Art Gallery and Courthouse with free admission. They will be closed on Friday, September 30 but will reopen on Saturday, October 1. Learn more.
