Town of Caledon mourns Her Majesty Queen Elizabeth II

The Town of Caledon’s flags are flying at half-mast to mark the passing of Her Majesty Queen Elizabeth II and a Book of Condolences is available for signing at Town Hall.

“Queen Elizabeth II will be long remembered and enshrined in history for her unwavering sense of duty and her love of family and country,” said Mayor Allan Thompson. “On behalf of the citizens of Caledon we offer our deepest condolences to the Royal Family as we join with all Canadians in mourning the Queen.”

Town of Caledon residents mourning the death of Queen Elizabeth II can pay tribute to her by signing a Book of Condolences available from 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. at the Service Caledon Counter at Town Hall until September 19, or through the National Electronic Condolence Book  from Canadian Heritage.

The Town of Caledon book will be sent to Office of the Governor General of Canada.
