Town Of Caledon and TRCA Host New Celebrate Caledon

The Town of Caledon, in partnership with the Toronto and Region Conservation Authority (TRCA), is excited to announce a new event this year called ‘Celebrate Caledon’ set for July 1, 2022 at Albion Hills Conservation Area.

This free community event brings together the best of the beloved Caledon Day and TRCA’s Caledon Canada Day events. Newly named ‘Celebrate Caledon’ organizers say it will provide an opportunity to celebrate as a community again. The previous events were cancelled two years in a row due to COVID-19 restrictions.

“We are so pleased to be able to offer an event where the whole community can come together to celebrate Caledon pride,” said Mayor Allan Thompson. “By partnering with TRCA, this year’s event offers live entertainment, fireworks, local vendors including Caledon Hills brewery and family fun with activities for the kids, all in the beautiful Albion Hills Conservation Area.”

Headlining this year’s Husky Main Stage will be the Juno nominated band Wide Mouth Mason, and feature local Caledon opening acts; Itchy and Scratchy Showband and Vilivant.
