100 Women Who Care Caledon held their first meeting of 2022 recently. The group saw presentations from The Caledon Concert Band, The Exchange (Caledon Community Services) and The Alzheimer’s Society of Peel. In the end, it was The Exchange that received the majority of votes and received the group’s donation of $5,400.

The Exchange offers many important programs and services to the Caledon Community, including food support, counselling, Help with Heat, subsidies for recreation and so much more.

As food donation needs change throughout the year, we learned that it can be helpful to reach out to The Exchange through social media or through their website (www.caledonexchange.org) for more information on what their greatest needs are. Currently, they are low on cereal, kid’s snacks, juice boxes, condiments, crackers and fresh fruits and vegetables.
