Town of Caledon Reopening Services, Programs and Facilities

Following the recent provincial announcement about gradually easing public health measures, the Town of Caledon will be reopening facilities and resuming services and programs starting January 31, as described below.

“Thanks to the hard work of all our frontline staff and to everyone for following the public health guidelines, we are starting to see the light at the end of the tunnel,” said Mayor Allan Thompson.  “As we gradually reopen, we ask for your patience and understanding.”

Recreation

All Town of Caledon recreation amenities will reopen and programs will resume. Pre-booking will be required as will an enhanced proof of vaccination with QR code (paper vaccination receipts are no longer accepted). Learn more at caledon.ca/recprograms.

Caledon Public Library

All branches of the Caledon Public Library system – with the exception of Inglewood which is closed due to emergency renovations– remain open with reduced hours of operation. Learn more at caledon.library.on.ca.

Town Hall

Town Hall will reopen for in-person services by appointment only.  To book an appointment please contact Service Caledon 905.584.2272 x. 7750.

Council

Meetings of Council – including Committees and Task Forces – will continue to be held virtually until further notice. View the full meeting schedule at caledon.ca/agenda.
